For example, if you’re a design studio, we can support the user with CRM, operations, and marketing strategy, while referring all design-related requests directly to you.

Not at all. IDEON manages all customer interactions, payments, and store policies via our dedicated Resource Store. This ensures consistency, legal protection, and peace of mind for both our users and our partners. You’ll never be liable or responsible for order issues, refunds, or support queries — but you’re welcome to add your own style of service if you wish.
