We are opening a limited number of positions for Partnerships Consultants — independent professionals who can confidently introduce IDEON to the right organisations and help onboard affiliate partners into our ecosystem.
What’s the difference between you and affiliate partners?

These are the organisations you bring into IDEON: coworking spaces, business networks, local government programs, startup communities, agencies, and other member-based groups.
They invite their members to IDEON and earn commissions automatically.
You — the Partnerships Consultant
Your role is to identify, approach, and onboard these organisations into the IDEON Partner Program.
You earn recurring commissions based on the members your onboarded partners bring into IDEON.
IDEON handles all delivery, nurturing, onboarding, and upsells — you simply build relationships and open doors.
The Opportunity
Partnerships Consultants earn ongoing recurring revenue tied directly to the partners they sign.
One strong partner can generate meaningful monthly income (e.g. just 100 sign ups = ~$4k monthly commission).
Several partners can create a substantial, compounding revenue stream.
Who We’re Looking For
To protect IDEON’s reputation and maintain quality, we only accept applicants who are:
- Well-presented and able to communicate professionally
- Confident engaging with reputable organisations
- Self-directed (no training or hand-holding required)
- Motivated by recurring revenue
- Able to represent Shepherd® and IDEON with integrity
- Active on LinkedIn (mandatory for approval)
This is not employment, not a traditional sales job, and not a passive affiliate role.
It is a professional-level independent opportunity for people who can handle B2B conversations respectfully.
