For Abound Physiotherapy, our creative process began with deep clarity on customer segments and the emotional states linked to their most common Category Entry Points (CEPs). Using our Voyager methodology, we identified three key audiences—older adults, labour force patients, and younger athletes—and mapped the emotional terrain each faced when seeking care: anxiety, stress, doubt, and disrupted identity. From there, we designed a visual and narrative system to shift those emotions toward reassurance, hope, and strength..
Each ad concept drew from metaphor and memory: a grandfather joyfully supporting his grandchild; a confident professional returning to work; an athlete pushing forward. These moments act as emotional shortcuts, pairing the Abound brand with a sense of recovery and renewal. The headlines—“Go beyond your limits”, “Back to what you do best, sooner”, and “For you and the ones who love you”—were crafted to speak to different buyer contexts, all while reinforcing a single, distinctive brand promise: care you can trust, outcomes that matter.
