For Meridian Learning, our process began with defining the parent brand and product architecture—ensuring Meridian Learning could grow as a business while allowing Poppi Planners to stand alone as a distinctive product line. Naming, positioning, and visual identity were developed with longevity, credibility, and expansion in mind.

From there, we treated Poppi Planners as a core product experience rather than stationery. Physical planners were designed around real teacher workflows, paired with premium print specifications to create a refined, durable product. A complementary digital planner was developed with IP protection considerations to safeguard original content while extending usability.

Alongside product design, we built the commercial and operational backbone of the business. This included premium pricing and profit modelling, bulk ordering workflows for schools, and a streamlined eCommerce, packaging, and shipping system capable of supporting scale.

To support launch, Shepherd® delivered a full content suite—founder photography and bios, product imagery, short-form video, and social assets—ensuring Meridian Learning entered the market with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
