The task at hand was to enhance the brand’s global conference appeal, focusing on robust conference branding, effective social media marketing, email marketing, and a custom event app for a diverse international audience.
Method
A central component of our approach was the development of a unique conference app, offering functionalities like a conference program, speaker bios, real-time notifications, interactive maps, and documents, along with a bespoke social media platform. The app significantly improved attendee engagement and shared experiences.
We streamlined the process for international delegates with online registrations incorporating multi-currency support on WordPress. Additionally, our role expanded to launching new products, learning programs, and exciting software updates in preparation for each conference, contributing to the brand’s continual growth. Extensive videography and photography were employed to create engaging content for social media and the website.
